Today we are stitching up
Pick Up Stix
1 inch fabric strips
1st strip purple inserted into 10 inch square of fabric
A 2nd cut is made into the block...
I chose a red strip of fabric...
3rd cut is made and an orange strip goes here...
We are stitching a 1/4 inch seam allowance...
You can make as many cuts as you like
and add as many fabric strips...

We are planning to make 30 blocks
It doesn't even look like we made a dent
in that big pile of fabric strips:

ReplyDeleteHi Holly, yes give these a try....super FUN! You can relax and stitch and no worries about the size of the blocks, you can trim them all down to the same size when you are done.
